1		Is GA's website builder easy to use?
		Yes. One of the great things about GA's website builder is that it has a built in wizard that automatically takes you step by step through the process of building your site.

2		How is GA's website builder different from other online portfolio sites?
		By creating your website with GA you will become part of a cutting edge destination for the professional contemporary art world. Collectors, curators and artists come together here to participate in a serious international art community. In addition to our featured artists and up to date art events listings, art career opportunities and resources. No other portfolio site works this hard to bring an audience to you.

3		Can I sell my artwork through the GA site?
		Yes, you can sell your artwork through your GA site. GalleryArtist does NOT get any income from the sale.

4		Does GalleryArtist get a percentage from the sale?
		No. You are selling directly to your collectors.

5		What if I don't want to sell my artwork?
		You don't have to at all. In the website builder you have a button that gives you the choice to put the artwork for sale or not.

6		How much does it cost?
		Please visit our artist, curator and event member info pages to get more details on what you get for each package.

7		What if I have a website already?
		In all of our site packages we offer a section that gives you specific links of html code so that you can incorporate your current website with a GA website. By doing so you can put buttons that take your viewers to a part of the GA website that might be useful like the sales page or the event's page.

8		What would be the benefit to have both a GA website and my old website?
		There is a lot to gain from a GA website that you cannot get from a regular website. When you have a GA website you become part of a respected art community. Because of this you get visited by people like curators and or collectors who are interested in either research about art and artists or buying artwork. Also, with a GA website you have a complete set of tools to sell (and get all of of the income from it- GA does not get any percentage from the sale) and promote events that you may be a part of through the GA calendar system.
		Whereas when you have a website that exists in cyberspace alone you are one of billions of other websites out there with the great challenge of being found, even by chance, is a hard thing to accomplish on a regular basis.

9		What are my template options?
		What is great about our service is the variety in elegant flash and html websites that are both beautiful and useful. In addition we are constantly making improvements and adding to our repertoire so you will have at your finger tips an increasing palette of templates to choose.

10		How will GA help me if I have a problem?
		You can use the contact form for technical support questions and you will get a response to your question within 24 hrs. (mon-fri) or 48 hrs. (sat-sun & holidays)

11		How many images can I have on my website?
		There is no limit to the quantity of images you can have on your site. But there is a limit to the total of 16 MB you use on your system. This amount is more than enough to have a complete website with hundreds of images that are properly compressed.

12		What if I want to change my template?
		You simply go to your website builder and choose another template and press save. It's that simple.

13		How long does it take before my site is up?
		There is no waiting, once you sign up your website builder is available for you to use within minutes.

14		How long will it take to create my website?
		Your website, depending if you have your images compressed and ready, could conceivably be ready within minutes.

15		I don't have myname.com, How do I get one?
		To get your domain.com or yourname.com you have to go through a domain name registrar and literally search if the name you wish is available once you have found it is available then you can proceed to buy it and then forward it to your site at GA ( see our support page for instructions). We recommend http://domainsites.com they are very good and only cost 6.95 per year per domain name.
